David and I have a couple of friends who are getting married next month (David is actually performing their ceremony!) and I got to tag along for their photos last Saturday at Thanksgiving Point. The bride's sister was taking their pictures, but she said that I could come along to get some portfolio practice.
The shoot was at noon, so the sun was really bright, (not optimal photography lighting), but I tried to make it work as best as I could. Definitely quite a challenge. But I think I got some nice shots, especially since this was the first time I've ever shot a bride (and groom). A few of the photos needed tweaking, so I used some special actions on them to try and create a mood. What do you think?

Very impressive! How fun is that!
Wow. These are incredible. I love them all. I especially love the one with the bouquet up top and them holding hands at the bottom and the one where they are kissing on the bridge...and the ring on the rose...and... :) Best wishes to the happy couple. :)
David is performing the ceremony? That is so cool. He'll be awesome.
